L'affaire est allée en cour et en 2012, Bell Canada a été condamné à verser 1 000 000 $ à Vidéotron et TVA. Ces compagnies ont toutefois fait appel du jugement et la cour a finalement condamné Bell à verser 135 million de plus^[19].
